CFRP thanks Davidson for his 40 years of exemplary service to California\u2019s commercial agriculture industry, and leadership to the CFRP, Safe Animal Feed Education Program (SAFE) and Livestock Drug Program (LDP). Davidson was influential in training nearly all current CFRP and SAFE staff, as well as many others that have since progressed into leadership roles in CDFA. Davidson guided the implementation of SAFE in 2005, which to this day is the only feed safety outreach and education program of its kind in the nation.
