The curriculum includes group and individual learnings, various personality and assessment tools, and customized one-on-one professional coaching sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Taught by Professional Coach Barzin Moradi, Ph.D., branch chief of the Center for Analytical Chemistry in CDFA\u2019s Division of Inspection Services, this growth-oriented program aligns directly with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdfa.ca.gov\/exec\/public_affairs\/pdf\/CDFA_Strategic_Plan_2025-2030.pdf\">CDFA Strategic Plan<\/a> goal of empowering a \u201cRobust and Innovative CDFA Workforce.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#fcb90073;font-size:18px\"><strong>\u201cMembers of this cohort reflected and shared that their most noticeable growth areas included improved self-confidence, better awareness and leveraging of their strengths, improved relationships at work and at home, and clarity in seeing their role in a bigger picture at work,\u201d Dr. Moradi said. \u201cI look forward to how the concepts presented and practiced may benefit their personal lives, current professional settings and future careers.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Congratulations to this year\u2019s graduates, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Karen Adler<\/strong>, Fertilizer Research and Education Program<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Laura Bradley<\/strong>, Animal Health and Food Safety Services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Alexander Ellyson<\/strong>, Office of Budgets and Program Analysis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Spencer LaVelle<\/strong>, California Agricultural Statistics Service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Benjamin Reische<\/strong>, Produce Safety Program<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Scott Renteria<\/strong>, California State Organic Program<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Jefferson Scott<\/strong>, California State Organic Program<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Dinusha Siriwardena<\/strong>, Center for Analytical Chemistry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Valerie White<\/strong>, Commercial Feed Regulatory Program<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CDFA congratulates this year\u2019s graduates of CDFA\u2019s Coaching for Personal and Professional Effectiveness Program.
