Part of CDFA-F2F, the <a href=\"https:\/\/cafarmtofork.cdfa.ca.gov\/CaFarmtoSchoolProgram.htm\">California Farm to School Program<\/a> works to improve the health and well-being of California schoolchildren through integrated education and healthy food access.
